The Klindrops Straw

Two-stage filtration. Every threat. Any source.

Most filter straws stop at the membrane — blocking bacteria but leaving chemicals, heavy metals, and chlorine untouched. Klindrops adds an activated carbon stage after the membrane: the carbon adsorbs lead, mercury, arsenic, agricultural runoff, and the compounds that make water taste or smell wrong. The result is water that isn't just biologically safe — it's chemically clean.

STAGE 1 — HOLLOW-FIBRE MEMBRANE

PRECISION +

0.1 micron

REMOVES +

Bacteria, protozoa, parasites, microplastics

METHOD +

Physical barrier — nothing biological passes through

STAGE 2 — ACTIVATED CARBON CORE

REMOVES +

Heavy metals — lead, mercury, arsenic

Chlorine, agricultural chemicals, sedimentS

REMOVES +

Taste & odour compounds

METHOD +

Adsorption — carbon bonds to chemical contaminants

BIOLOGICAL THREATS

Hollow-fibre membrane — 0.1 micron

Physically blocks bacteria, protozoa, parasites, and microplastics. Nothing biological passes through a 0.1-micron membrane. Rivers, streams, standing water, questionable taps — all made safe to drink from.

CHEMICAL THREATS

Activated carbon core — heavy metals & chemicals

The activated carbon stage adsorbs chlorine, heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic), agricultural runoff, sediment, and the compounds that make water taste or smell wrong. The stage that separates Klindrops from basic filter straws.
